LDS Sample Loading Buffer 4X
4X LDS Sample Buffer (10ml) is a concentrated, research-grade loading dye designed for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), especially Bis-Tris or Tris-Acetate gels. It contains lithium dodecyl sulfate (LDS) at pH 8.4 to maximize reducing-agent activity and ensure efficient sample denaturation. The buffer also includes Coomassie G250 and phenol red tracking dyes, which produce a sharp dye front and improve resolution of small peptides during electrophoresis.
